are: (1. Total loss of power in the home; (2.
Total loss of water in the home; (3. Total loss
of heat in the home with the outside temperature
below 50 degrees Fahrenheit; and (4. A plumbing
leak requiring the water supply to be shut off.
There are instructions regarding your communication
with public utilities companies, and trade contractors
in your homeowners manual should those circumstances
arise.
