MISSION
To provide consulting services to owners, guardians and taxing jurisdictions holding unused, or under-used, older commercial or industrial properties in Texas. The goal of the consultation is to show the possessor or government entity methods of increasing usage and value with obtainable resources.

Specific objectives include:
	Determining the condition of the structural, shell, and design elements of the building.
	Analyzing the property location in relation to potential economic development.
	Analyzing existing building components and configuration to determine suitable uses.
	Analyzing the current business environment to determine which suitable uses are most appropriate to the property.
	Providing cost estimates for adaptive reuse of the property.
	Suggesting the most cost effective methods for developing a profitable venture, and/or increasing the property's ad valorem tax value.
