Magnolia Station is owned and professionally managed by the Bennett Miller Company, Dallas' leader in loft conversions. The property opened November 15, 1993 and was completely full within three months. Magnolia Station is the only historic community of its kind, tucked away just north of Downtown Dallas and Woodall Rodgers Freeway at Field Street.

Magnolia Station is a two-minute walk from Victory Park, Dallas' newest urban center and minutes away from the heart of the Uptown restaurant and retail district. The Katy Trail runs alongside the property, with easy access to this popular hike/bike trail.
